Mission: To offer complete web site designs and related services which are affordable for nearly any budget.
Quality: Your requirements and preferences are documented. Service / product checklists and feed-back are utilized to deliver the highest-quality service and graphics. We will code to high-quality web-authoring standards, and cross-check compatibilities for all major browsers.
- By using a simple, yet, detailed, request for quote form, we are able to gather as much information about your requirements and preferences up-front, instead of pulling a price out of a hat, or suggesting a template which is perhaps not even suitable to your needs, like some other companies do.
- We offer personalized; individual; one-on-one consulting, and will even come to your home or place of business for the purpose of quoting and/or designing. Yes! You can choose to either be directly involved from start to finish, or you can otherwise choose to give us complete artistic freedom, and preview the concept and progress of your design at your convenience.
- If you have sponsors or other third-parties who will be paying for your site design or hosting in full or partially, we will work directly with them too, if that is your preference - that is NOT a problem.

NEW web site or Modifying / Upgrading and existing web site:

1. Review the Request For Quote form. There may be options you have not considered previously, or answers that you need to obtain from others before proceeding. If you have any questions ahead of completing the form, please write or call.

2. Complete the "Request for Quote" form, or call. If no further information is required, based on your initial responses, you will receive a quote which will include a itemized statement of work, pricing and estimated delivery (if applicable) within 24-48 hours. Otherwise, we will contact you via your preferred method and times, for any needed clarifications and process thereafter.

3.1 Consultation / Artistic Freedom Option 1.
If you allow MonteLuna Designs the "Artistic Freedom" option, you will be provided with at least one review/proof or template within 1-2 weeks after we receive your agreement to begin work or Purchase Order.
*You may request up to three major changes or additions to the quote, proof or template at no charge *before* the site is installed. Once the site is installed, changes or additions are charged at the rate of $15.00/hour minimum, and charges will vary depending on the nature and time estimated to implement them. Of course we will do our best to implement as many changes as possible within a one hour fee, so be sure to review carefully and list as many of your requested changes in one review, if possible.

3.2 Consultation / On-Location Option 2.
You can elect to have your design and layout made in your presence and with your direct input, from your home or office. First 4 hours on-location are free, additional at $25.00 per hour. With this option you will receive a preview/proof or template before we leave your location, and a full working preview/proof or template, within 1 week

4. EASY TERMS.

Domain registration and/or hosting service payments are due immediately, plus, our fee for that is $25.00.
- Alternately, you can choose to pay the registrar and host directly (save $25.00).
A minimum 50% of the of the design/layout fee is due prior to installation of your site.
The balance of design/layout payment is due within 30 days after installation.
Maintenance fees are due within 30 days of service.
Payments can be made by Paypal, Check, or Money Order.

Domain Name and Hosting.
If needed, we will process your domain registration and locate the most cost-effective hosting solution service for your site. Otherwise, we can use your existing service for most applications, or we will suggest transfer as appropriate.

Custom Graphics and Flash Animation Options.
An endless list of possibilities using custom-designed graphics, logos, image-mapping and various Flash animation applications.

Optional Modules Installed.
Depending on your the host service you have (or will) selected, there are nearly an endless supply of modules that can be quickly and easily added to your site. Message Boards (Forums); Weblog / Blog; Live Chat Rooms; Multi-user Photo Albums; Shopping Carts, and more.

Photography Services.
Sure, everyone's got a digital camera these days, but, are you able to take those professional and/or artistic photos which may be needed for your web presence, including photograph's of your facility, personnel, operations, and products? We can do those!
Coming soon: By request.. Action Sports. We can provide high-quality images of your fast-moving subjects in nearly any sports venue.. Auto racing, Motocross, Horse Racing, Rodeo, High School Sports, etc.
